It is Processed to Dose Special Food Grade Antiscalent in the Feed Prior to the Cartridge Filter
for RO System to prevent saturation of various organic salts especially Silica on RO membrane
surface on concentration.
The features of this Antiscalent are:
Prevent organic and inorganic fouling of the Reverse Osmosis system.

load in the feed to the RO thus
Reducing Scaling of the RO Pressure Tubes
? MICRON CARTRIDGE FILTER (MCF)
A MCF is provided to remove fine suspended solids, which may escape from upstream units. 5
Micron cartridge filter is provided which will remove fine suspended solids up to 5 micron,
which if not trapped may clog the RO membrane. This would also eliminate problems in the
high-pressure pumps due to presence of particulate matter.
? REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEMRO will serve the purpose of Reducing TDS 1000 to around < 100ppm. The RO unit shall have a
conductivity meter at the outlet to monitor the performance
